【摘要】 目的:探讨经单鼻孔蝶窦入路手术治疗垂体瘤的临床效果。方法:选择2009年11月-2019年6月在本院进行治疗的垂体瘤患者48例作为研究对象。采用经单鼻孔蝶窦入路手术,治疗后分析患者的手术相关指标、并发症发生率及相关指标评分。结果:经过该手术治疗患者的各项手术指标均较好,相关指标评分均显著优于手术治疗前(P<0.05),术后患者并发症发生率较低。结论:经单鼻孔蝶窦入路手术治疗应用于垂体瘤患者的治疗中,有较好的治疗效果,治疗过程中出血量较少,术后患者并发症发生率较低,有助于提高患者的生活质量,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of single nostril sphenoid sinus surgery for pituitary tumor. Method: Forty-eight patients with pituitary tumor who treated in our hospital from November 2009 to June 2019 were selected as subjects. The single nostril sphenoid sinus surgery was used, the patient’s surgical related indicators, complication rate and related index scores after treatment were analyzed. Result: All the surgical indexes of the patients treated with this operation were better, the scores of related indicators were significantly better than those of before surgery(P<0.05), the incidence of complications was low. Conclusion: Single nostril sphenoid sinus surgery in the treatment of patients with pituitary tumor has a better therapeutic effect. The amount of bleeding during treatment is less, and the postoperative complication rate is lower, which helps to improve the quality of life of patients, it is worth of popularizing and applying.更多还原
