【摘要】 目的:探讨半夏白术天麻汤在痰瘀阻窍型阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征中的疗效。方法:现选取2016年3月-2019年3月入住本院的痰瘀阻窍型阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者60例,按治疗方式分为对照组与研究组,各30例。对照组仅采用体位疗法,研究组在体位疗法的基础上加用半夏白术天麻汤。比较两组治疗总有效率、最低SaO2及呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)、心理状态变化及生存质量变化情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组最低SaO2高于对照组,而AHI低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)与抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后研究组各项生存质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗痰瘀阻窍型阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者的过程中,使用半夏白术天麻汤治疗效果显著,值得在临床上广泛推广与应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction on obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis obstructing orifice. Method: A total of 60 patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome with phlegm and blood stasis obstructing orifices admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to March 2019 were selected. They were divided into control group and research group according to the treatment methods, 30 cases in each group. The control group only treated with body position therapy, while the research group treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction on the basis of body position therapy. The total effective rate, minimum SaO₂ and apnea hypopnea index（AHI）, psychological status and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Result: The total effective rate of treatment in the research group was higher than that in the control group（P<0.05）. After treatment, the minimum SaO₂ in the research group was higher than that in the control group, while the AHI was lower than that in the control group（P<0.05）. The scores of self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） and self-rating depression scale（SDS） in the research group after treatment were lower than those in the control group（P<0.05）. The each score of quality of life in the research group after treatment were higher than those in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion: In the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome with phlegm and blood stasis obstructing orifice, Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction is effective and worthy of wide clinical application.更多还原
