【摘要】 目的:探究在超声引导下对表浅淋巴结进行活检的准确性及临床应用价值。方法:收集2016年6月-2017年12月至本院接受治疗表浅淋巴结肿大患者80例作为研究对象,先后对其进行超声引导下浅淋巴结穿刺活检以及手术病理活检,对比超声引导表浅淋巴结活检结果与手术病理结果的差异、穿刺活检的成功率以及并发症情况。结果:手术病理结果显示转移性癌21例,穿刺活检结果显示转移性癌18例,准确率为85.71%;每人接受穿刺次数2～7针,平均(3.62±0.25)针;16G穿刺针进行穿刺后标本满意率为86.15%;18G穿刺针标本满意率为80.00%,80例研究对象标本满意率为85.00%。穿刺后5例(6.25%)研究对象出现并发症。结论:规范化的超声引导下行表浅淋巴结活检准确性高、并发症出现率低,给患者带来的创伤小,具有较大的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the accuracy and clinical value of biopsy of superficial lymph nodes under ultrasound guidance. Method: A total of eighty patients with superficial lymphadenopathy who underwent treatment from June 2016 to December 2017 were enrolled in this study. They underwent ultrasound-guided shallow lymph node biopsy and surgical biopsy, and ultrasound-guided superficial lymph nodes. The difference between the biopsy results and the surgical pathological results, the success rate of the biopsy and the complications were compared. Result: The surgical pathology showed 21 cases of metastatic carcinoma. The results of biopsy showed 18 cases of metastatic carcinoma with an accuracy rate of 85.71%. The number of punctures per patient was 2-7 needles, with an average of(3.62±0.25) needles. The satisfaction rate of specimens of 16 G needles after puncture was 86.15%, the satisfaction rate of specimens of 18 G needles was 80.00%, and the satisfaction rate of specimens of 80 subjects was 85.00%. Complications occurred in 5 cases(6.25%) after puncture. Conclusion: Standardized ultrasound-guided superficial lymph node biopsy has high accuracy and low incidence of complications, which has less trauma to patients and has greater clinical application value.更多还原
