【摘要】 目的:探究高度近视后巩膜葡萄肿形态与视网膜劈裂参数的关系。方法:对2017年10-12月本院收治的临床诊断高度近视63例(80只眼)患者分别进行B超检查与相干光断层扫描仪(OCT)检查,根据检查结果对患者后巩膜葡萄肿形态进行分型,分析各形态与视网膜劈裂参数的相关性。结果:弧形后巩膜葡萄肿患者的眼球前后径短于其他形态(P<0.05)。62只眼发生后极部或黄斑区的视网膜劈裂。各形态后巩膜葡萄肿视网膜劈裂眼发生情况与发生位置比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。后巩膜葡萄肿形态与视网膜劈裂发生与发生位置均存在相关性。结论:高度近视患者的后巩膜葡萄肿形态对于其视网膜劈裂的发生与发生的位置均存在影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the posterior scleral staphyloma after high myopia shapes relationships with retinal splitting parameters.Method:From October to December 2017 in our hospital were clinical diagnosis of 63 patients(80 eyes)with high myopia,they were given ultrasound examination and optical coherence tomography(OCT)instrument examination,according to the inspection results for patients posterior scleral staphyloma morphology classification,the correlation of the morphology of patients with retinal fracturing parameters was analyzed.Result:The anteroposterior diameter of the eyeball in patients with arc posterior scleral staphyloma was lower those of other shapes(P<0.05).The retinal splitting in the posterior pole or macular region occurred in 62 eyes.The occurrence and location of eye retina split occurred in each shapes posterior scleral staphyloma were compared,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The posterior scleral staphyloma shape was correlated with the occurrence and location of retinal splitting.Conclusion:The shapes of posterior scleral staphyloma in patients with high myopia have an effect on the occurrence and location of the retina split.更多还原
