【摘要】 目的:探讨延续护理在慢性牙周炎患者的维护治疗阶段中的作用。方法:选取2016年5月—2017年6月在本院已完成牙周基础治疗进入牙周维护治疗的慢性牙周炎患者120例。按照随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组,各60例。对照组采取常规预约复诊方法进行复诊,试验组在此基础上进行延续护理,比较两组自我效能(SESS评分)、复诊依从性、菌斑指数(PLI)。结果:术后第6个月,试验组SESS-DC、SESS-B及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05),但两组SESS-DH评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后3、6个月,试验组复诊依从性均优于对照组(P<0.05);术后1、3、6个月,试验组PLI均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:延续护理有助于改善患者口腔保健的自我效能,进而可以显著提高患者牙周维护治疗阶段复诊依从性,巩固牙周基础治疗的效果,促进患者口内卫生健康。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the role of continuous nursing in the maintenance and treatment of chronic periodontitis patients.Method:A total of 120 patients with chronic periodontitis who had completed basic periodontal treatment and entered periodontal maintenance treatment in our hospital from May 2016 to June 2017 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into experimental group and control group,60 cases in each group.The control group received routine appointment for re-visit,and experimental group received continuing nursing on this basis.The self-efficacy(SESS score),follow-up compliance and plaque index(PLI)between two groups were compared.Result:6 months after operation,the SESS-DC,SESS-B and total scores of experimental group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05),but the SESS-DH scores of two groups was compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3 and 6 months after operation,the compliance of experimental group were better than those of control group(P<0.05).1,3 and 6 months after operation,the PLI of experimental group were lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous nursing can improve the self-efficacy of oral health care,and then significantly improve the compliance of patients during periodontal maintenance treatment,consolidate the curative effect of basic periodontal treatment,and promote oral health of patients.更多还原
