【摘要】 目的:探讨静脉溶栓联合Trevo支架取栓治疗急性脑卒中的临床效果。方法:随机选2016年11月-2018年11月本院30例行静脉溶栓联合Trevo支架取栓治疗的急性脑卒中患者作为研究组,选取同期30例行静脉溶栓联合Solitaire支架取栓治疗的急性脑卒中患者作为对照组,比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组血管再通率、预后良好率、取栓出血率、血栓逃逸率对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后3天、7天、3个月时,两组NIHSS评分对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组取栓次数多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性脑卒中患者静脉溶栓中辅以Trevo支架取栓可获得与Solitaire支架取栓相似效果,且Trevo支架全程可视,但顺应性不足,拉栓时血管牵拉变形大,取栓次数较多,故治疗期间需按照患者实际情况选择恰当治疗方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of intravenous thrombolysis combined with Trevo stenting for the treatment of acute cerebral apoplexy.Method:30 patients with acute stroke treated with intravenous thrombolysis combined with Trevo stenting in our hospital from November 2016 to November 2018 were randomly selected as the research group.30 patients with acute stroke treated with intravenous thrombolysis combined with Solitaire stent thrombolysis in the same period were selected as the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Result:There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of vascular recanalization rate,favorable prognosis rate,thrombectomy bleeding rate and thrombus escape rate(P>0.05).After surgery 3 days,7 days and 3 months,there were no significant differences in NIHSS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The number of thrombectomy in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Trevo stent extraction in venous thrombolysis in patients with acute cerebral apoplexy can achieve a similar effect to that of Solitaire stent extraction.Trevo stent can be seen throughout the whole process,but it is not compliant enough.During the thrombolysis,the vascular tension and deformation is large,and the number of thrombolysis is more.更多还原
