【摘要】 目的:探讨超低位直肠癌应用腹腔镜经括约肌间切除保肛手术效果。方法:选取超低位直肠癌保肛手术患者44例,均为2017年6月-2018年6月收治,按照随机数字表法分组,就开腹经括约肌切除保肛术(对照组,n=22)与腹腔镜经括约肌间切除保肛术(观察组,n=22)预后加以对比。结果:观察组术中出血量、手术时间、术后肛门恢复排气时间、住院时间均少于对照组(P<0.05),肛压指标、肛门功能评分、肿瘤相关指标优于对照组(P<0.05);并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:超低位直肠癌患者,应用腹腔镜经括约肌间切除保肛手术治疗,可提高手术质量,改善肛压及肛门功能,防范肿瘤远处转移及复发,且具较高安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of laparoscopic intersphincteric resection and anal preservation surgery for ultra-low rectal cancer.Method:Forty-four patients with ultra-low rectal cancer anuspreserving surgery were enrolled in the patients from June 2017 to June 2018.All patients were divided into open intersphincteric resection(the control group,n=22)and laparoscopic intersphincteric resection(the observation group,n=22)according to random number table method.The prognoses of two groups were compared.Result:The intraoperative blood loss,operation time,postoperative anal recovery time and hospital stay in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The anal pressure index,anal function score,and tumor-related index of the observation group were superior to the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with ultralow rectal cancer who underwent laparoscopic intersphincteric resection and anal preservation surgery can improve the quality of surgery,improve anal pressure and anal function,prevent distant metastasis and recurrence of the tumor,and has a higher safety.更多还原
