【摘要】 目的:探讨早期康复护理对ICU机械通气患者身心健康的影响。方法:选取2015年7月-2018年7月本院ICU收治的机械通气患者92例。按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,各46例。对照组实施常规护理模式,研究组在对照组基础上早期康复训练护理。比较两组握力、Barthel指数、ICU住院时间、机械通气时间、一次性脱机成功率、护理满意度。结果:护理后,研究组握力、Barthel指数均高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组ICU住院时间、机械通气时间均短于对照组,一次性脱机成功率高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度为95.65%,高于对照组的73.91%(P<0.05)。结论:早期阶段性康复护理可有效缩短ICU机械通气患者治疗时间,提高生活能力、一次性脱机成功率,效果显著,值得借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on the physical and mental health of patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU.Method:A total of 92 patients with mechanical ventilation admitted to ICU in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2018 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into study group and control group,46 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing mode,while study group was given early rehabilitation nursing on the basis of control group.The grip strength,Barthel index,ICU hospitalization time,mechanical ventilation time,one-off success rate and nursing satisfaction between two groups were compared.Result:After nursing,the grip strength and Barthel index of study group were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The ICU hospitalization time and mechanical ventilation time in study group were shorter than those of control group,and the one-time off-line success rate was higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of study group was 95.65%,which was higher than 73.91% of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early stage rehabilitation nursing can effectively shorten the treatment time of mechanical ventilation patients in ICU,improve their living ability and one-time off-line success rate.The effect is remarkable and worth of learning.更多还原
