【摘要】 目的:检验社交反应量表(SRS)在筛查4岁以上孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)的适用性。方法:选取2017年9月-2018年5月在江西省儿童医院儿童保健科确诊的42例ASD患儿作为ASD组,另选取同时期在本科室体检的50例正常儿童作为正常组,对SRS量表进行信度、效度、灵敏度、特异度、最佳界限分检验。结果:SRS总量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.946,各维度为0.563～0.902;总量表的分半信度为0.958,各维度为0.710～0.882。SRS量表各维度得分与总分的相关系数为0.773～0.944,各维度之间的相关系数为0.558～0.810。ASD组量表各维度得分和总分均明显高于正常组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。按美国筛查界限分75分及以上为筛查阳性,SRS量表的灵敏度为85.70%,阴性预测值为89.10%,均明显高于ABC量表;假阴性率为14.30%明显低于ABC量表,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。ROC曲线下面积(AUC)为0.984,以Yuden指数最大判断71分是适合本研究的最佳界限分。结论:社交反应量表具有良好的信度、效度、灵敏度和特异度,适用于筛查4岁以上的ASD患儿。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the applicability of social responsiveness scale(SRS) in screening autism spectrum disorders(ASD) over 4 years old.Method:A total of 42 children with ASD diagnosed in the Department of Child Health of Jiangxi Children’s Hospital from September 2017 to May 2018 were selected as ASD group,and 50 normal children who had physical examination in the same period were selected as normal group.The reliability,validity,sensitivity,specificity and the best cut-off point score of SRS scale were tested. Result:The Cronbach’s α coefficient of whole SRS was 0.946,and the dimensions of SRS were 0.563-0.902.The split-half reliability of whole SRS was 0.958,and the dimensions of SRS were 0.710-0.882.The correlation coefficients between the score of dimension and the total score of SRS scale were 0.773-0.944,and the dimensions were 0.558-0.810.The scores of all dimensions and total scores of the ASD group were significantly higher than those of the normal group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).According to the US screening threshold,75 points or more were positive for screening.The sensitivity and negative predictive value of SRS were 85.70% and 89.10% respectively,which were significantly higher than those of ABC;the false negative rate was 14.30%,which was significantly lower than that of ABC,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The area under the ROC curve(AUC)was 0.984.The maximum judgment score of Yuden index was 71 score,which is the best threshold for the study.Conclusion:The social response scale has good reliability,validity,sensitivity,specificity and is suitable for screening ASD children over 4 years old.更多还原
