推拿手法结合穴位注射治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效观察

【摘要】 目的:观察推拿手法结合穴位注射治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法:84例随机分为常规组和试验组各42例,两组均行推拿手法治疗,试验组加用穴位注射治疗。结果:试验组治愈率及总有效率均高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组VAS评分显著优于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组生理功能、躯体疼痛等生活质量评分均显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组麻木评分、生活、工作、社会能力、临床症状积分、体征积分均显著优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:推拿手法结合穴位注射治疗神经根型颈椎病能够提高治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of massage manipulation combined with acupoint injection on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Method: 84 patients were randomly divided into the conventional group and the experimental group, 42 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with massage therapy. The experimental group were treated with acupoint injection in addition. Result: The curative rate and total effective rate of the experimental group were higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05). The VAS score of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the conventional group(P<0.05). After treatment, the quality of life and physical pain scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05). After treatment, the numbness score, scores of life, work, social ability, clinical symptom, and physical scores of the experimental group were significantly better than that of the conventional group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of massage and acupoint injection could improve the therapeutic effect in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.更多还原
