【摘要】 目的:对呼吸科老年住院患者用药情况进行调查,分析是否存在潜在的不适当用药问题,为临床选择用药提供参考。方法:回顾性收集我院呼吸内科116份65岁以上老年患者的病例资料,以中国老年人疾病状态下潜在不适当用药初级判断标准为参考,调查潜在的不适当用药。结果:116份病历中,45例(38. 8%)出现了老年疾病状态下的潜在不适当用药,涉及药物13种,排名前2位的是非甾体抗炎药和糖皮质激素。涉及的疾病状态主要有心力衰竭、高血压、消化性溃疡等。结论:住院老年患者潜在不适当用药发生率高,有必要进一步提高用药安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To survey the medications of elderly inpatients in pneumology department and analyze the existence of potentially inappropriate application problems in order to provide references for clinical drug application. Methods: Data of 116 elderly patients over 65 years were collected. The medications were surveyed by primary standard of potentially inappropriate medication in Chinese aged people under morbid state. Results: There were 45 cases (38. 8%) having such problems,taking drugs listed in the "standards",which include non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and glucocorticoid in the top 2 places. The involving diseases include heart failure,hypertension,and peptic ulcer. Conclusion: The incidence of potentially inappropriate medications in elderly inpatients was high.
