【摘要】 目的:研究柳茶对家兔颈、颅动脉粥样硬化（AS）的影响及作用机制。方法:将30只新西兰白色家兔分为5组:正常对照组、AS模型组、阿托伐他汀(3.0 mg·kg^-1·d^-1)组,柳茶高、低剂量(15和7.5g·kg^-1·d^-1)组。采用高脂饲料和免疫损伤法制备AS模型。取颈动脉（carotid artery,CA）做病理检查。颈动脉超声（color doplex flow imaging,CDFI）检测颈动脉内-中膜厚度（intima media thickness,IMT）、血流速度（mean velocity,Vm）、搏动指数（pulsatility index,PI）;经颅多普勒超声（transcranial doppler,TCD）检测基底动脉（basilar artery,BA）的Vm和PI。测定家兔血总胆固醇（total cholesterol,TC）、三酰甘油（triglyceride,TG）、低密度脂蛋白（low-density lipoprotein,LDL）、氧化低密度脂蛋白（oxidized low-density lipoprotein,ox-LDL）、丙二醛（malondialdehyde,MDA）、超氧化物歧化酶（suproxide dismutase,SOD）、肿瘤坏死因子（tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α）、白介素-6（interleukin-6,IL-6）水平。结果:模型组CA有明显病理性改变;CA和BA的IMT,Vm,PI值升高;血清TC,TG,LDL,ox-LDL,MDA,TNF-α,IL-6水平升高,SOD活性降低,与正常对照组比较有显著性差异（P<0.01）。柳茶2组以上指标均有明显改善,与AS模型组比较有显著性差异（P<0.05,P<0.01）。结论:柳茶具有抗家兔颈、颅AS的作用,机制可能与其调血脂、抗氧化及减少炎性因子有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effects of Liu Tea on experimental atherosclerosis（AS）of carotid artery and cranium in rabbits.Methods:Thirty New Zealand rabbits were divided into five groups:normal control group,AS model group,atorvastatin(3.0 mg·kg^-1·d^-1)group,Liu Tea high-dose(15 g·kg^-1·d^-1)and lowdose(7.5 g·kg^-1·d^-1)groups.AS model was induced by high-fat diet feeding and immune injury.The section of carotid artery（CA）were examined pathologically.The intina-media thickness（IMT）,mean velocity（Vm）and pulsatility index（PI）of CA and basilar artery（BA）of rabbits were detected by using CA ultrasonography（CDFI）and transcranial Doppler（TCD）.The levels of total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,low-density lipoprotein（LDL）,and contents of oxidized low-density lipoprotein（ox-LDL）,malondialdehyde（MDA）,tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α）,interleukin-6（IL-6）and activity of superoxide dismutase（SOD）in the blood rabbits were detected.Results:The CA of the AS model rabbits had significant pathologic changes.The IMT,Vm,PI in the CA and BA,the blood levels of TC,TG,LDL and contents of ox-LDL,MDA,TNF-α,IL-6 were significantly increased,and the activity of SOD was decreased in the AS model group compared with the normal control group（P<0.01）.All indices were improved in the Liu Tea groups compared with the AS model group（P<0.05,P<0.01）.Conclusion:Liu Tea showed antiatherosclerotic effect on carotid artery and cranium in rabbits.The mechanism involved may be related to that Liu Tea can regulate blood lipid,antioxidation and suppress the production of inflammation factors.更多还原
