【摘要】 ⁸⁹Zr标记抗体正电子成像术（PET）显像可实时可视化提供抗体在生物体内药物代谢动力学特征,同时可在疗效监测、安全性预估、患者筛选、剂量指导等方面提供客观依据,作为常规抗体药物研发方法的有效补充,加之其高分辨率、高灵敏度、自身对照以及可定量等特点,已被应用于抗体药物的研发。本文综述了PET显像、⁸⁹Zr、抗体及⁸⁹Zr标记后PET显像应用等方面的研究现状,并对⁸⁹Zr标记PET显像在抗体药物研发中的应用前景进行了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Position emission tomography（ PET） with ⁸⁹Zr-labeled antibodies can provide real-time visualized information of the pharmacokinetics characteristic of antibodies in vivo as well as efficacy monitoring,safety estimation,patient stratification,planning of radioimmunotherapy and so on. As an effective supplement method to conventional antibodies development and in addition to the characteristics of high resolution,high sensitivity,self-control and quantifiability,it has been already applied to the research and development of antibody drugs. This review summarized the research progress in PET,isotope ⁸⁹Zr,antibodies,and provided many appealing examples of PET with ⁸⁹Zr-labeled antibodies,while future directions are outlined.更多还原
