粉末X射线衍射法在药物多晶型研究中的应用
Application of powder X-ray diffraction in drug polymorphism research
【摘要】 药物晶型的不同会导致临床药效的差异,关系到用药安全等问题。粉末X射线衍射法(powder X-ray diffraction,PXRD)作为研究药物多晶型方法之一,具有不破坏样品、操作简单等优点,并且是目前研究药物多晶型在定性和定量分析上的主要方法。本文通过查阅相关文献归纳总结了粉末X射线衍射法在药物多晶型定性与定量分析等方面的研究应用。
【Abstract】 Difference of polymorphic forms in pharmaceuticals can cause variance in clinical efficacy,related to drug safety and other issues. Powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD),as one of the methods for researching drug polymorphism,has the advantages of no sample destruction and simple operation,and has been currently the main method for qualitative and quantitative analysis of drug polymorphism. This article reviews study and application of PXRD in qualitative and quantitative analysis of drug polymorphism by consulting relevant literatures.
