【Abstract】 Difference of polymorphic forms in pharmaceuticals can cause variance in clinical efficacy,related to drug safety and other issues. Powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD),as one of the methods for researching drug polymorphism,has the advantages of no sample destruction and simple operation,and has been currently the main method for qualitative and quantitative analysis of drug polymorphism.
