【摘要】 目的观察抗炎一号方颗粒治疗寻常型银屑病的有效性和安全性。方法将120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组(60例)内服抗炎一号方颗粒;对照组(60例)口服迪银片,疗程8周。治疗前后进行银屑病皮损面积和严重程度指数(PASI)、皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)评分,并进行治疗前后血、尿常规和肝、肾功能的安全性检查。结果治疗组治疗后PASI评分、DLQI积分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.001)。治疗组有效率(93.33%)高于对照组(85.00%)。安全性方面2组均未发现特殊不良反应。结论抗炎一号方颗粒治疗寻常型银屑病疗效明显,可减轻银屑病患者症状,提高其生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to investigate the efficacy and safety of the 1st anti-inflammation prescription of grain in treating psoriasis vulgaris. Methods A total of 120 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 60 cases in each groups. Treatment group was given the 1st anti-inflammation prescription of grain,and the control group received Diyin tablets. The treatment lasted for eight weeks. PASI score,DLQI score and blood and urine routine or liver and kidney function were under safety testing before and after treatment. Results After treatment,PASI score and DLQI score in the treatment group decreased significantly(P<0.001). The total effective rate in the treatment group(93.33%) was higher than that in the control group(85.00%). In terms of safety,the treatment group had no abnormal indicators. Conclusion The1 st anti-inflammation prescription of grian has obvious curative effect,which can reduce the patients clinical symptoms with psoriasis,improve the life quality of patients.更多还原
