麻疯树单粒种子含油率快速无损检测技术

【摘要】 麻疯树是极具潜力的生物质能源树种之一。开发无损、快速的麻疯树种子含油率分析技术,有助于高含油率品种选育和种子质量检测。论文介绍了利用核磁共振技术和种子性状相关性开发无损、快速检测单粒麻疯树种子含油率的技术,经过检测的麻疯树种子仍然保持活力,可正常发育成植株。

【Abstract】 Jatropha curcas L. is one of the biomass energy trees with great potential. The development of non-destructive and rapid see yield analysis technology is helpful to the breeding of high oil yield varieties and seed quality testing. In this paper, the techniques of non-destructive and rapid testing of oil content in the single seed of Jatropha curcas L. were introduced by NMR and seed character correlation.The tested Jatropha curcas L. seeds remain viable and can develop into plants.
