基于Matlab的加工钻头螺旋槽用砂轮截形求解
Solution of grinding wheel machining drill bit with spiral groove based on Matlab
【摘要】 建立了由已知钻头端截形型线方程反求磨削钻头螺旋槽砂轮轴向截形的数学模型,提出了与钻头端截形上的点共螺旋线的接触点的计算方法。利用Matlab采用数组间的算法实现接触点的坐标变换,最终求得这些接触点在砂轮轴向截形上的相应点。通过所求点集拟合成线并绕砂轮轴线旋转填充得到砂轮实体模型。
【Abstract】 The mathematical model for inverse solutions the axial truncation of the grinding wheel, machining drill bit with spiral groove, is established by the known bit end profile line equation. The calculation method of the contact point with the point co-helical line on the truncated end of drill bit is proposed. Matlab is used to realize coordinate transformation of the contact points by the algorithm between the arrays, the corresponding points of these contact points on the axial truncation of the grinding wheel are finally obtained. A solid model of the grinding wheel is obtained by fitting the set of points to a line and rotating it around the axis of the grinding wheel.
