【摘要】 目的对临床护理路径应用在老年原发性高血压患者中的护理效果进行调查。方法随机抽取70例老年原发性高血压患者作为研究对象,35例为干预组,予以临床路径护理,35例为对照组,予以常规护理,比较两组患者血压控制水平。结果干预组患者护理后舒张压水平为(91.3±5.4)mmHg、收缩压水平为(124.3±11.8)mmHg,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径在原发性高血压患者中的护理效果更理想。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective To investigate the nursing effect of clinical nursing pathway in elderly patients with essential hypertension.Methods 70 elderly patients with essential hypertension were randomly selected, 35 patients in the intervention group were treated with clinical pathway nursing and 35 patients in the control group were given routine nursing.The blood pressure control level of the two groups was compared.Results After nursing care, diastolic blood pressure(DBP) in the intervention group was(91.3±5.4) mmHg,systolic blood pressure(124.3±11.8) mmHg,lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing path in patients with essential hypertension.
