【摘要】 目的探讨中青年非杓型高血压与性别、心率的关系。方法随机选取2015年～2018年于我院行24小时动态血压监测年龄18～39岁的高血压患者192例作为研究对象,将其分为非杓型高血压组及杓型高血压组,分析中青年非杓型高血压与性别、心率的关系。结果中青年女性非杓型高血压发生率高于中青年男性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中青年女性非杓型高血压合并非杓型心率所占比例高于中青年男性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中青年非杓型高血压与性别相关;中青年非杓型高血压患者非杓型心率发生率存在性别差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between non-dipper type hypertension and gender and heart rate in young and middle-aged people.Methods A total of 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring patients aged 18-39 years old in our hospital from 2015 to 2018 were randomly selected. The patients were divided into non-dipper type hypertension group and sputum type hypertension group to analyze the non-dipper type hypertension.Relationship with gender and heart rate.Results The incidence of non-dipper hypertension was higher in young and middle-aged women than in young and middle-aged men(P<0.05).The proportion of non-dipper type hypertension and non-sputum heart rate among young and middle-aged women was higher than that of young and middle-aged men(P<0.05).Conclusion Young and middle-aged non-dipper hypertension is gender-related; there is a gender difference in the incidence of non-sacral heart rate among young and middle-aged patients with non-dipper hypertension.更多还原
