【摘要】 目的探讨恶性肿瘤伤口患者的支持性照顾需求,为制定针对性照护方案提供理论依据。方法运用现象学研究方法,选取10名恶性肿瘤伤口患者进行深度访谈,并运用类属分析法对访谈资料进行分析、总结、归纳。结果提炼出恶性肿瘤伤口患者支持性照顾需求的4个主题:生理的需求、伤口规范化护理的需求、支持和照顾需求、心理的需求。结论医务人员应提供专业的伤口护理,家属应给予患者身心支持和照顾,社会应尽可能提供晚期癌症患者便利的就医条件,重视晚期癌症患者的综合需求,及时满足患者的生活需要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the supportive care needs of patients with malignant fungating wounds, and to provide theoretical basis for the development of malignant fungating wounds-related care plans. Methods The phenomenological research method was used to conduct in-depth interviews with 10 patients with malignant fungating wounds. The interview data were analyzed, summarized and summarized by using the classification analysis method. Results Four themes of supportive care needs of patients with malignant fungating wounds were extracted: physiological needs, wound standardized care needs, support and care needs, and psychological needs. Conclusion Medical staff should provide professional wound care, and family members should provide physical and mental support and care for patients.
