【摘要】 目的探讨CT引导下经皮微波消融术治疗肝癌的手术护理。方法选取2016年12月—2018年12月收治的原发性或转移性肝癌患者78例,选择微波消融术或TACE联合微波消融术。给予护理干预,包括心理护理、术前呼吸训练、健康宣教,术中患者配合,术中针对患者症状给予药物及针灸、耳穴埋籽止痛等对症处理,术后健康指导等。结果 78例患者均成功完成了CT引导下经皮肝癌微波消融术。结论术前充分准备,术中针对性给予中西医结合护理干预,能有效提高CT引导下经皮微波消融术的治疗效果,减轻患者心理负担,降低术中疼痛、呕吐等不良反应,提升患者舒适度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the surgical cooperation and nursing management of CT-guided percutaneous microwave ablation of hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods The clinical data of 78 patients undergoing CT-guided percutaneous microwave ablation of hepatocellular carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed. The comprehensive nursing was carried out, including psychosocial nursing, respiratory training and health education before the operation; surgical cooperation and targeted interventions such as acupuncture, auricular point pressing with seeds during the period of operation; health guidance after the operation. Results The CT-guided percutaneous microwave ablation of hepatocellular carcinoma was successfully performed in all 78 patients. Conclusion The sufficient preparation before operation and integrated nursing interventions were effective to ensure the surgical efficacy of CT-guided percutaneous microwave ablation for hepatocellular carcinoma. It is required to carry out comprehensive nursing interventions to relieve the psychological burden of patients, reduce the degree of adverse reactions during operation, and improve the satisfaction of patients.更多还原
