【Abstract】 With the development of the times and the advancement of science and technology, people’s awareness of environmental protection has become stronger and stronger. Therefore, in the perspective of a low-carbon economy, the requirements for energy conservation and emission reduction have become higher. To make the effect of energy saving and emission reduction more effective, people must adjust and optimize energy saving and emission reduction methods in combination with changes in the low-carbon economy.
