W/O微乳液法合成Au-FeOx@SiO2纳米颗粒
Synthesis of Au-FeOx@SiO2 Nanoparticles by W/O Microemulsion Method
【摘要】 本文通过共沉淀与油包水微乳液结合的方法制备了具有3~4 nm Au-FeOx核和微孔SiO2壳的核壳纳米结构Au-FeOx@SiO2。通过TGA证明了该纳米颗粒的最佳煅烧温度为550℃,并且结合TEM图考察了不同合成条件对纳米颗粒形貌的影响。XRD表征结果证明,Au-FeOx@SiO2核壳纳米颗粒中的FeOx以无定形的形式存在,随着FeOx含量的增多,Au的结晶度逐渐降低。
【Abstract】 The core-shell nanostructure Au-FeOx@SiO2 with 3 ~ 4 nm Au-FeOx core and microporous SiO2 shell was prepared by co-precipitation combined with water-in-oil microemulsion. The optimum calcination temperature of the nanoparticles was 550℃ by TGA, and the effects of different synthesis conditions on the morphology of the nanoparticles were investigated by TEM. XRD characterization results show that FeOx in the Au-FeOx@SiO2 core-shell nanoparticles exists in an amorphous form. And as the FeOx content increases, the crystallinity of Au gradually decreases.
