绿色发展背景下自备电厂煤改气替代方案决策研究

【摘要】 为了满足自备燃煤电厂关停以后所在区域用热企业的实际需求,提出在东莞某造纸产业工业园建设9F天然气热电联产工程和天然气分布式能源两种替代方案,并从经济性、供热稳定性、建厂条件、能源利用效率、电力系统支撑性等方面进行比较分析。结果显示,9F燃气热电联产方案在能源利用效率方面稍低于天然气分布式能源站,但可以减小煤改气对企业生产成本增加的影响,并且能较好支撑所在区域关停大量燃煤自备电厂后的电力需求,实现区域集中供热,具有较好的社会经济效益。

【Abstract】 In order to satisfy the heating needs of regional enterprises after the shutdown of self-contained coal-fired power plant, constructing 9 F Natural Gas Cogeneration Project and Distributed Natural Gas Energy Supply System in a paper industry industrial park in Dongguan is proposed. The merit and demerit of these two schemes are comparative analysis in economy, heating stability, plant construction conditions, energy utilization efficiency, and power system sustainability,etc. The results show that the energy utilization efficiency of 9 F Natural Gas Cogeneration project is slightly lower than the Distributed Natural Gas Energy Supply System, but it can reduce the impact of the project of conversion of coal to gas on increasing enterprise production cost. And it can better support the power demand after the shutdown of the self-contained coal-fired power plant in its region, realize the goal of regional district heating and good social and economic benefits.
