【摘要】 目的探究快速康复理念在小儿鼾症围术期护理中的应用效果。方法 300例小儿鼾症患儿,随机分为对照组与实验组,每组150例。对照组患儿给予常规护理,实验组患儿给予快速康复护理理念干预。比较两组患儿的住院时间、术后出血情况及护理满意情况。结果实验组患儿的住院时间(5.1±0.2)d短于对照组的(8.9±0.6)d,术后出血率0.7%低与对照组的6.0%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患儿的护理满意率为96.7%,对照组患儿的护理满意率为79.3%,实验组患儿的护理满意率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿鼾症围术期给予快速康复护理理念干预,能够取得满意的护理效果,显著缩短住院时间,促使护理满意率的显著提高,改善患儿生活质量,促使患儿尽早康复,在临床上的应用价值较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application effect of theory of fast-track surgery in perioperative nursing of children with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome. Methods A total of 300 children with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 150 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the experimental group received theory of fast-track surgery for intervention. Comparison was made on hospitalization time, postoperative hemorrhage and nursing satisfaction between the two groups. Results The hospitalization time(5.1±0.2) d in the experimental group was shorter than(8.9±0.6) d in the control group, and the rate of postoperative hemorrhage 0.7% was lower than 6.0% in the control group. Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate was 96.7% in the experimental group, which was 79.3% in the control group. The nursing satisfaction rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Theory of fast-track surgery intervention has high clinical application value in perioperative period of children with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome, and it can achieve satisfactory nursing effect, significantly shorten hospitalization time, significantly improve nursing satisfaction rate, improve the quality of life of children, and promote early recovery of children.更多还原
