【摘要】 目的探讨阿立哌唑合并丙戊酸钠治疗女性双相障碍躁狂发作的临床疗效。方法 121例双相障碍躁狂发作的女性患者,随机分为观察组(61例)和对照组(60例)。观察组患者采用阿立哌唑合并丙戊酸钠治疗,对照组患者采用无抽搐电休克(MECT)治疗。比较两组患者倍克-拉范森躁狂量表(BRMS)评分、副反应量表(TESS)评分及临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组患者BRMS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后第2、4、6周,观察组患者的BRMS评分和TESS评分均明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率为86.89%(53/61),明显高于对照组的61.67%(37/60),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿立哌唑合并丙戊酸钠在女性双相障碍躁狂发作的治疗中疗效较好,不良反应少,安全性较高,值得临床大力推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of aripiprazole combined with sodium valproate in the treatment of bipolar disorder manic episode in women. Methods A total of 121 female patients with bipolar disorder manic episode were randomly divided into observation group(61 cases) and control group(60 cases). The observation group was treated with aripiprazole combined with sodium valproate, and the control group was treated with modifiled electroconvulsive therapy(MECT). Comparison was made on Bech-Rafaelsen mania rating scale(BRMS) score, treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS) score and clinical efficacy in two groups. Results Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in BRMS score in two groups(P>0.05). After 2, 4 and 6 weeks of treatment, the observation group had obviously lower BRMS and TESS score than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The observation group had obviously higher total treatment effective rate as 86.89%(53/61) than 61.67%(37/60) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Aripiprazole combined with sodium valproate shows good efficacy in female patients with bipolar disorder manic episode with less adverse reactions and high safety.
