【摘要】 目的探讨分析布地奈德气雾剂(普米克)联合异丙托溴铵气雾剂(爱全乐)雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管炎的疗效以及药理。方法 80例小儿支气管炎患儿,随机分为试验组和对照组,各40例。对照组采取抗生素、祛痰、吸氧及退热等常规治疗,试验组在对照组基础上采用普米克联合爱全乐雾化吸入。比较两组患儿的临床症状缓解情况。结果试验组咳嗽/咳痰、气喘、发热及肺部啰音缓解时间分别为(5.17±1.96)、(3.03±0.88)、(3.85±1.73)、(3.12±1.01)d,均短于对照组的(8.23±1.20)、(4.63±0.78)、(4.56±1.83)、(4.96±1.21)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对支气管肺炎患儿采取普米克联合爱全乐雾化吸入治疗效果显著,值得在临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the efficacy and pharmacological analysis of budesonide aerosol(Pulmicort) combined with ipratropium bromide aerosol(Aquanle) aerosol inhalation in the treatment of pediatric bronchitis. Methods A total of 80 bronchitis children were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional therapy of antibiotics, expectoration, oxygen inhalation and antifebrile therapy, and the experimental group received atomization inhalation of Pulmicort combined with Aquanle on the basis of the control group. The clinical symptom remission status in two groups was compared. Results The experimental group had shorter remission time of cough/sputum, asthma, fever and lung rale respectively as(5.17±1.96),(3.03±0.88),(3.85±1.73) and(3.12±1.01) d than(8.23±1.20),(4.63±0.78),(4.56±1.83) and(4.96±1.21) d in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Combination of Pulmicort and Aquanle aerosol inhalation shows remarkable effect in the treatment of pediatric bronchitis, and is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
