【摘要】 目的调查腰椎间盘突出症患者术前疼痛及睡眠状况,分析睡眠质量与疼痛等因素的关系。方法选取2019年3～4月在我中心住院拟行微创手术治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,收集一般资料调查表、数字评价量表(Numeric Rating Scale,NRS)和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)。采用Spearman相关方法分析PSQI评分与NRS评分之间的相关性。采用线性回归方法分析影响睡眠质量的相关因素。结果共100例腰椎间盘突出患者完成调查,PSQI总分(7. 2±4. 3)分,其中43例(43%)睡眠质量差(PSQI <7)。PSQI总分与腿痛各维度NRS评分(近1个月以来疼痛最重时评分、近1个月来疼痛最轻时评分、近1个月平均疼痛评分以及近24 h内平均疼痛评分)均呈正相关(r=0. 299,P=0. 003; r=0. 380,P=0. 000; r=0. 363,P=0. 000; r=0. 322,P=0. 000)。腿痛近1个月平均NRS评分(R~2=0. 124)是PSQI评分的影响因素。结论腰椎间盘突出症患者常伴发睡眠障碍,腿部疼痛与睡眠质量差之间存在正相关关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between sleep quality and pain in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods Patients with lumbar disc herniation who were hospitalized in the pain ward of our hospital who planned to receive minimally invasive surgery from March 2019 to April 2019 were selected. The general data questionnaire,Numeric Rating Scale( NRS) and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index( PSQI) were used to investigate the relationship. Spearman correlation was used to analyze the relationship between sleep quality scores and degree of pain. Linear regression was used to analyze the risk factors of sleep quality.Results A total of 100 patients finished this survey. The PSQI score was 7. 2 ± 4. 3,and 43( 43%) of them had poor sleep quality( PSQI < 7). The total score of PSQI and all dimensions of leg NRS scores( the maximum,the minimum and the average NRS scores in the past month,the average NRS scores in the past 24 hours) had a positive correlation( r = 0. 299,P = 0. 003; r = 0. 380,P =0. 000; r = 0. 363,P = 0. 000; r = 0. 322,P = 0. 000). The average degree of leg pain for nearly 1 month was an influence factor for PSQI scores( R~2= 0. 124). Conclusions Lumbar disc herniation is often accompanied by sleep disturbance. The leg pain is positively correlated with poor sleep quality.更多还原
