【摘要】 目的:了解山东省乡村医生对全科医学培训认知、意愿与需求。方法:利用自制问卷对330名乡村医生进行现场调查,调查数据采用描述性与单因素分析。结果:乡村医生对全科医学培训需求重点为急诊急救、医疗风险防范与科学用药、传染病及突发公共卫生事件报告和处理、重点人群健康管理以及慢性患者健康管理。结论:针对地区经济发展水平落后、未定职称、单专业背景以及男性等人群加强全科医学培训政策讲解与宣传,并结合乡村医生需求重点来科学设计培训课程知识与内容。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the cognition,willingness and demand on general medical training of rural doctors in Shandong Province. Methods 330 cases of rural doctors in Shandong Province were surveyed with self-made questionnaire. Data was analyzed with descriptive and single factor analysis method. Results The rural doctors’ needs of general practice training were mainly in emergency first aid,medical risk prevention and scientific medication,infectious diseases and public health emergencies reporting and treatment,health management of key population and chronic patients. Conclusion It is suggested that targeted general medical training should be implemented. And the content of training courses should be designed based on the needs of rural doctors.更多还原
