【Abstract】 In the era of "Internet +", different types of archives have different requirements for talents’ information literacy. The cultivation of information literacy can be divided into two levels: consciousness level and technical level. On the one hand, the " Frameworks for Information Literacy for Higher Education" provides a good idea for training. We can follow the guidance of it to cultivate information consciousness.
