【Abstract】 Starting from the employment situation of higher vocational graduates, this paper defines the job-seeking risks they often encounter, and carry out corresponding factor analysis and induction analysis, and further classifies them into systematic and non-systematic risks, aiming to help the employment guidance department of the school guide graduates to do a good job in job-hunting risk analysis before graduation, so as to provide more and better guidance services for students’ employment.更多还原
