【摘要】 基于互联网数据,依据6个关键要素将住宅进行符合我国现状的类型划分,运用核密度分析法和多距离空间聚类分析法对大连市内4区1980年至今新建住宅形态的时间演变和空间分布特点展开定性与定量分析。结果表明:(1)目前大连各住宅区分为分散小区、单一性封闭小区、混合小区和商住一体住宅4种类型,比例依次为单一性封闭小区(44%)、分散小区(25%)、混合小区(23%)和商住一体住宅(8%)。(2)随着年代的推进,分散小区逐年减少,单一性封闭小区于21世纪初陡增现象,混合小区模式逐渐兴起,商住一体住宅数量保持稳定。(3)分散小区多集中于老城区,呈片状分布;单一性封闭小区分布最广,呈面状分布;混合小区分布较均匀;商住一体住宅集聚性最显著,呈条带状分布。(4)大连市住宅分布特点主要与城市发展历史和经济发展、地形地貌密切相关。(5)仅以历年新增小区为研究对象,对其他时间点的时空对比研究需进一步开展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the Internet data,this paper first classified the residence on the basis of five key elements that conformed to Chinese current situation,and then analyzed the temporal development and spatial distribution of lately-built residence qualitatively and quantitatively in four districts in Dalian City that dated from 1980 to present using Kernel Density as well as Multi-Distance Spatial Cluster Analysis.The results showed that:(1)There were currently four types of residence in Dalian,the name and existing percentage of each type were: single closed residence(25%),scattered residence(25%),mixed residence(23%) and commercial residence(8%).(2)With the advance of the years,the number of scattered residence decreased by years,the single closed residence increased sharply at the beginning of 21 century,the mixed residence gradually rose,the number of commercial residence remained stable.(3)The scattered residences were mostly concentrated in the old urban areas,showing flaky distribution,single closed residence were most widely distributed,showing surface distribution,the distribution of mixed residence was relatively even.(4)The distribution of residence in Dalian was closely related to the city’s history development,economic growth and its landforms.(5)In this paper,we only took the new district as the research object,the temporal and spatial comparison of other time points required further study.更多还原
