【摘要】 目的了解HIV感染者多廇病毒SV40、BKV及JCV的感染情况。方法采用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)技术,扩增HIV感染者研究组及健康成人对照组中的多瘤病毒SV40-DNA、BKV-DNA及JCV-DNA血、尿标本各500例,并统计分析HIV感染者研究组与健康成人对照组、不同性别组、不同年龄组中多瘤病毒SV40、BKV及JCV的检出率。结果与健康成人对照组相比,HIV感染者外周血及尿液中多瘤病毒SV40-DNA、BKV-DNA、JCV-DNA的阳性率均升高,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。HIV感染者与健康成人中SV40-DNA、BKV-DNA、JCV-DNA检测阳性率,不同性别、不同年龄,差异无统计学意义。结论多瘤病毒SV40、BKV及JCV在HIV感染者中存在较高的感染率,多瘤病毒SV40、BKV及JCV的复活与HIV密切相关,多瘤病毒威胁着艾滋病病毒感染者和病人的生活质量和长期存活,应引起临床足够的重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the infection status of HIV infected persons with multiple viral SV40,BKV and JCV.Methods Using polymerase chain reaction(PCR)technology,500 cases of SV40-DNA,BKV-DNA,JCVDNA blood and urinary standard specimens in HIV infected group and healthy adult control group,And statistical analysis of HIV infected group and healthy adult control group,different gender groups,different age groups of polyomavirus SV40,BKV and JCV detection rate.Results The positive rates of SV40-DNA,BKV-DNA and JCV-DNA in peripheral blood and urine of HIV-infected patients increased compared to healthy adult control group,differences are significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High infection rate of polyomavirus SV40,BKV and JCV in HIV-infected patients,The resurrection of polyomavirus SV40,BKV and JCV is closely related to HIV,Polyomavirus threatens the quality of life and long-term survival of people living with and affected by HIV,Should be given enough clinical attention.更多还原
