牦牛粪便中乳酸菌的分离与鉴定

【摘要】 为了解青海省共和县牦牛肠道内益生菌的分布种类,筛选出能够抑制犊牛腹泻的益生菌株,采集20份健康牦牛的粪便样品,对粪便中乳酸菌进行分离和纯化,再结合形态学、生化试验及分子生物学方法鉴定。结果表明,从牦牛粪便中成功分离出7株乳酸菌,包括罗伊氏乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、保加利亚乳杆菌、乳酸乳球菌、坚强肠球菌、海氏肠球菌和屎肠球菌各1株。本研究分离的7株乳酸菌,为后期抗牦牛腹泻益生菌产品的研究奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 Probiotics, as a kind of living microorganism, are widely used in animal production and have a broad development prospect. To understand the intestinal probiotics species of yaks in Qinghai province and screen the probiotics inhibiting calf diarrhea, 20 feces samples of healthy yaks were collected, and then the lactic acid bacteria were isolated and identified, based on morphology, biochemical test and molecular identification. The results showed that 7 strains of lactic acid bacteria were successfully isolated, including Lactobacillus reuteri, L. plantarum, L. bulgaricus, Enterococcus lactis, E. durans, E. hirae, and E. faecium. These lactic acid bacteria isolated in this study laid the foundation for the later research on anti-yak diarrhea products on probiotics.
