康复新液对人工诱导的大鼠慢性溃疡性结肠炎的作用及机制初探
Effect and Mechanism of research Kangfuxin Liquid on Artificially Induced Ulcerative Colitis in Rats
【摘要】 为研究康复新液对人工诱导大鼠慢性溃疡性结肠炎的治疗作用并探讨其初步作用机制,采用人工诱导大鼠溃疡性结肠炎模型,灌肠给予柳氮磺胺吡啶肠溶片(Salazosulfapyridine,SASP)和康复新液高、中、低剂量药物治疗,通过大鼠DAI、CMDI、HS评分,结合血清IL-8、IL-17和结肠组织中EGF、MPO、TNF-α表达水平来评价康复新液对UC大鼠的作用。结果显示,与模型对照组比较,康复新液能降低UC大鼠的DAI、CMDI、HS评分,减少UC大鼠血清IL-8(P<0.01)、IL-17(P<0.01)和结肠组织中MPO(P<0.01)、TNF-α(P<0.01)的表达,增加组织EGF(P<0.01)的表达,明显改善UC大鼠结肠组织的病变程度。康复新液对人工诱导的大鼠溃疡性结肠炎有治疗作用,机理可能与降低大鼠IL-8、IL-17、MPO、TNF-α的表达水平,提高大鼠EGF的表达水平有关。
【Abstract】 In this paper,we studied the effect of kangfuxin liquid on the treatment of artificially induced ulcerative colitis in rats, and explored its preliminary mechanism.Using artificial induced rat ulcerative colitis model,SASP and kangfuxin liquid were given through Enema with high, medium and low doses of drug therapy,Based on the rat DAI, CMDI, and HS scores,the serum levels of IL-8, and IL-17,and the levels of EGF, MPO, and TNF-α in colon tissues,we evaluated the effect of kangfuxin liquid on UC rats. The results showed that kangfuxin liquid reduced the levels of DAI, CMDI and HS in UC rats, and decreased IL-8(P <0.01), IL-17(P <0.01) in serum.The expression of MPO(P <0.01),and TNF-α(P <0.01) were reduced and EGF(P <0.01) were increased in the colon.The degree of lesion in the colon was improved. kangfuxin liquid may play an important role in the treatment of ulcerative colitis induced in UC rats. The mechanism may be related to the decrease of IL-8, IL-17, MPO and TNF-α,and the increased level of EGF expression in rats.
