【摘要】 为了研究芪蓝四君子汤对雏鸡小肠IL-2和IFN-γ mRNA表达的影响,选用90只1日龄雏鸡,随机分成5组:Ⅰ-Ⅳ组用新城疫LaSota系冻干苗进行口腔免疫,Ⅰ-Ⅲ组在免疫的同时,分别按0.125 g/mL、0.25 g/mL、0.5 g/mL 3个浓度灌服芪蓝四君子汤1 mL,连续灌服10 d。Ⅳ组和Ⅴ组灌服等量生理盐水。各组分别于20、40、60日龄时各宰杀6只,取小肠(空肠段),用半定量RT-PCR方法检测空肠中IL-2和IFN-γ的mRNA表达变化。结果表明,芪蓝四君子汤能显著促进雏鸡空肠中IL-2和IFN-γ mRNA的表达,诱导机体产生Th1免疫反应,进而增强机体局部的细胞免疫水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study the Effect of Qilan Sijunzi Decoction on IL-2 And IFN-γ mRNA expression of Small Intestine in chickens,90 one-day old chickens were randomly allocated into five groups: GroupⅠ-Ⅳ vaccinated with La Sota.Meanwhile,GroupⅠ-Ⅲ were given Qilan Sijunzi Decoction 1 mL at low(0.125 g/mL), middle(0.25 g/mL), high(0.5 g/mL) dosages by oral administration respectively for 10 days. And other two groups(Ⅳ,Ⅴ)were given normal saline as control. At the age of 20,40, 60 days,six chickens were sacrificed and picked up the small intestine(jejunum).The mRNA expression of IL-2 and IFN-γ of jejunum were detected by semiquantitative RT-PCR assay. The results demonstrated that Qilan Sijunzi Decoction could promote the expression level of IL-2 mRNA and IFN-γ mRNA significantly.Meanwhile, it could induce the production of Th1 dominant immune responses and enhance the level of cell mediated immunity.更多还原
