【摘要】 目的探讨直立倾斜试验对血管迷走性晕厥者的诊断价值。方法选取120例不明原因血管迷走性晕厥患者作为观察组,另选取120例无明显以上表现的正常人作为对照组。对两组进行直立倾斜试验,比较两组阳性结果。结果观察组阳性表现者90例(75.00%),对照组阳性表现者20例(16.67%);观察组阳性率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=82.238, P<0.05)。结论倾斜试验对血管迷走性晕厥患者具有较强的诊断价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of tilt test in patients with vasovagal syncope. Methods A total of 120 patients with unexplained vasovagal syncope were selected as the observation group, and 120 normal persons without obvious above manifestations were selected as the control group. The tilt table testing was performed in both groups, and the positive results were compared between the two groups. Results There were 90 positive cases(75.00%) in the observation group, and 20 cases(16.67%) in the control group. The positive rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=82.238, P<0.05). Conclusion Tilt test is of great diagnostic value in patients with vasovagal syncope.更多还原
