【摘要】 目的研究对冠心病合并左心功能不全患者实施介入治疗后心功能的变化情况。方法 80例冠心病合并左心功能不全患者,根据治疗方法不同分为常规治疗组与介入治疗组,每组40例。常规治疗组患者采用常规药物治疗,介入治疗组患者采用介入治疗。比较两组患者入院时与治疗后心功能相关指标变化情况。结果治疗后,两组患者左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室短轴缩短分数(FS)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDd)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESd)均较本组入院时显著改善,且介入治疗组患者LVEF(53.37±2.07)%、FS(29.05±1.08)%、LVEDd(42.94±2.75)mm、LVESd(25.89±1.01)mm明显优于常规治疗组的(45.37±1.58)%、(23.45±1.13)%、(49.11±3.01)mm、(30.12±1.03)mm,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病合并左心功能不全患者实施介入治疗可显著改善其心功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of interventional therapy on changes of cardiac function in patients with coronary heart disease and left ventricular dysfunction. Methods A total of 80 patients with coronary heart disease and left ventricular dysfunction were divided by different treatment methods into conventional group and interventional group, with 40 cases in each group. Conventional group was treated with conventional medicine,and the interventional group was treated with interventional therapy. The change of cardiac function related indicators at admission and after treatment in two groups was compared. Results After treatment, both groups had significant improvement on left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF), left ventricular fraction of shortening(FS), left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDd), left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESd) than those at admission,and the interventional group had obviously better LVEF as(53.37±2.07)%, FS as(29.05±1.08)%, LVEDd as(42.94±2.75) mm and LVESd as(25.89±1.01) mm than(45.37±1.58)%,(23.45±1.13)%,(49.11±3.01) mm and(30.12±1.03) mm in conventional group. Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Interventional therapy for patients with coronary heart disease and left ventricular dysfunction can significantly improve their cardiac function.更多还原
