【摘要】 目的探讨再生障碍性贫血运用环孢素联合雄激素治疗的效果。方法 100例再生障碍性贫血患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组50例。对照组采用雄激素治疗,观察组采用环孢素联合雄激素治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率为86.00%,显著高于对照组的62.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为12.00%,与对照组的8.00%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论再生障碍性贫血运用环孢素联合雄激素治疗可以有效地提升治疗效果,同时不会明显增加不良反应,治疗安全性与效果相对更理想,适宜临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effect of cyclosporine combined with androgen on the treatment of aplastic anemia. Methods A total of 100 patients with aplastic anemia were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with androgen, and the observation group was treated with cyclosporine and androgen. The clinical efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups was compared. Results The observation group had significantly higher total effective rate of clinical treatment as 86.00% than 62.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The observation group had no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions as 12.00%, comparing with 8.00% in the control group(P>0.05). Conclusion Combination of cyclosporine and androgen can effectively improve the treatment effect, and will not significantly increase adverse reactions. The treatment of safety and effect is relatively better, and suitable for clinical promotion.更多还原
