【摘要】 目的对高能量胫骨平台骨折患者采用双钢板治疗,对其临床效果进行评价。方法 48例高能量胫骨平台骨折患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组24例。对照组患者采用单钢板治疗,治疗组患者采用双钢板治疗。比较两组患者的手术愈合时间、恢复效果、并发症发生情况。结果治疗组患者手术愈合时间为(14.5±2.0)周,短于对照组患者的(19.9±2.5)周,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者有效22例,无效2例,有效率为91.7%;对照组患者有效14例,无效10例,有效率为58.3%;治疗组患者有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者术后并发症发生率为4.2%,低于对照组的25.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高能量胫骨平台骨折患者采用双钢板进行治疗,损伤性小、恢复速度快,能够有效改善患者生活质量,帮助患者尽快痊愈出院。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of double-steel plate on the treatment of patients with high energy tibial plateau fracture. Methods A total of 48 patients with high energy tibial plateau fracture were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 24 cases in each group. The control group was treated with single-steel plate, and the treatment group was treated with double-steel plate. The surgical healing time, recovery effect and occurrence of complications between the two groups was compared. Results The treatment group had shorter operation healing time as(14.5±2.0) weeks than(19.9±2.5) weeks in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The treatment group had 22 effective cases, 2 ineffective cases, with effective rate as 91.7%, while the control group had 14 effective cases, 10 ineffective cases, with effective rate as 58.3%. The treatment group had higher effective rate than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The treatment group had lower incidence of postoperative complications as 4.2% than 25.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with high energy tibial plateau fracture, double-steel plate shows less damage and faster recovery. It can effectively improve the quality of life of patients and help their recovery and discharge as soon as possible.更多还原
