【摘要】 幽门螺旋杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)是一种与消化道疾病密切相关的常见致病菌。牙周炎患者牙周袋内的低氧环境利于Hp的定植,并会随唾液的吞咽进入胃内,使牙周炎患者成为胃Hp感染的"易感人群",增加胃Hp感染的概率;同时胃Hp可能通过胃食管返流的途径进入口腔,增加牙周炎发生、发展的风险。有学者认为,牙周基础治疗可使胃Hp感染率显著下降,对消化道疾病及牙周炎的防治产生积极的作用。文章就胃Hp与牙周炎的相关关系及二者之间相关关系发生的机制做一综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Helicobacter pylori(Hp)is a common pathogen closely related to digestive tract diseases. The hypoxic environment of periodontal pocket is conducive to the colonization of Hp in periodontitis patients,and Hp can enter the stomach with swallowing,which makes periodontitis patients become "susceptible population" of Hp infection and increases the incidence of Hp infection. At the same time,Hp may enter the oral cavity through the gastroesophageal reflux,which increases the risk of occurrence and development of periodontitis. Some scholars believe that initial periodontal therapy can reduce the rate of Hp infection significantly,and have a positive effect on the prevention and treatment of periodontitis and digestive tract diseases. In this paper,the correlation between Hp infection and periodontitis were reviewed,and the mechanism of their correlation are discussed.更多还原
