【摘要】 目的探讨根管消毒药物ApexCal和Vitapex治疗有窦型慢性根尖周脓肿的临床效果。方法选取2012年2月至2017年10月于南方医科大学口腔医院牙体牙髓科就诊的有窦型慢性根尖周脓肿患者108例,共计患牙108颗。将所有患者随机均分为ApexCal组和Vitapex组,ApexCal组使用ApexCal糊剂行根管内封药,Vitapex组使用Vitapex糊剂行根管内封药。患者于封药2周后复诊,对两组的临床疗效进行评定。结果 ApexCal组和Vitapex组患者临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);两组不同性别、不同牙位患者临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论根管消毒药物ApexCal和Vitapex治疗有窦型慢性根尖周脓肿均具有较好的临床效果,且不受性别和牙位的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of root canal disinfection drugs-ApexCal and Vitapex-in the treatment of chronic periapical abscess with sinus.MethodsA total of 108 patients(108 teeth)who suffered from chronic periapical abscess with sinus from February 2012 to October 2017 were selected in the Department of Endodontics,Stomatological Hospital,Southern Medical University. All patients were randomly divided into Apex Cal group and Vitapex group. Apex Cal group was treated with Apex Cal paste for root canal sealing,while Vitapex group received root canal sealing with Vitapex paste. The patients visited the hospital after 2 weeks of drug sealing,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.ResultsThere was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between Apex Cal group and Vitapex group(P > 0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups of patients with different genders or different tooth positions(P > 0.05).ConclusionApex Cal and Vitapex have a good effect as root canal disinfection drugs in the treatment of sinusoidal chronic periapical abscess,regardless of gender or tooth position.更多还原
