【摘要】 目的观察小切口疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的短期疗效和对C反应蛋白水平的影响。方法选取2017年5月至2018年5月,秦皇岛市妇幼保健院小儿腹股沟疝80例的临床资料,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组患者40例,试验组采用微小切口内皮缝合术,对照组采用腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术。观察并记录2组手术时间、出血量、伤口愈合时间及合并症,术后3个月有无复发;术前1 d、术后8 h、24 h、48 h C反应蛋白水平。结果试验组患者手术时间、出血量、伤口愈合时间较对照组短,试验组患者合并症发生率和复发例数少于对照组,术后8 h、24 h、48 h C反应蛋白水平试验组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小切口术具有手术时间短、切口小、愈合快、术后并发症少等优点,对机体造成的损伤小,安全可行,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the short-term effect of high ligation of small incision hernia sac in the treatment of indirect inguinal hernia in children and its effect on the level of C-reactive protein. Methods From May 2017 to May 2018, the clinical data of 80 children with inguinal hernia in Qinhuangdao Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 40 patients in each group. The experimental group was treated with small incision intradermal suture, and the control group was treated with laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac. The time of operation, the amount of bleeding, the time of wound healing and the presence of infection were observed and recorded in the two groups. Results The operation time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group, the bleeding volume and wound healing time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group, the incidence of complications and the number of relapses of the experimental group were less than those of the control group, and the level of C-reactive protein in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group at 8 hours, 24 hours and 48 hours after the operation, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Small incision intradermal suture has the advantages of short operation time, small incision, fast healing and less postoperative complications. It is safe and feasible and worth clinical application.更多还原
