【摘要】 基于阴阳观的思想,在家庭层面上,检验了夫妻工作家庭冲突对生活满意度的影响。研究结果表明:妻子工作冲突家庭和丈夫家庭冲突工作对生活满意度具有显著的负向影响,但两者的交互缓解了各自的负向影响,并且当夫妻双方都兼顾工作与家庭但侧重不同(一主外一主内)时,夫妻生活满意度最高,表现为一种倒U型的曲线效应。这些结果表明,阴阳观的传统思想,仍然可以为解决工作家庭冲突问题提供有益借鉴,有效缓解夫妻工作家庭冲突的负面影响,从而提升家庭整体幸福感。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on yin-yang perspective, the purpose of this paper is to examine the curve effect of work-family interfere on life satisfaction on the family level. The result showed significantly negative relationship between wife’s work interfere family, husband’s family interfere work and life satisfaction. The wife’s work interfere family moderated the relationship between husband’s family interfere work and life satisfaction. And the husband’s family interfere work moderated the relationship between wife’s work interfere family and life satisfaction. Further, the interaction of wife’s work interfere family and husband’s family interfere work have curve effect(inverted U-shape) on life satisfaction. That is to say, when the wife’s work interfere family and husband’s family interfere work is modest, the life satisfaction of wife and husband is highest. The results showed that only when wife and husband take rational division of work and family can they improve life satisfaction.更多还原
