【摘要】 领导身份构建是领导理论中的重要话题,近年来越来越受到学术界的关注。首先,本文阐述了个体视角下领导身份构建的相关理论,包括强调领导个人特质的特质论,强调领导职位角色的身份论和强调领导作为群体原型代表的社会身份论;然后,本文提出了一个融合个体视角和互动视角的领导身份构建框架,并从个人、关系和集体三个层面介绍了最近互动视角下的社会构建论的身份工作过程;最后,基于现有研究成果和研究进展,就领导身份构建领域的未来研究方向从个体视角和互动视角两个方面提出了一些建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Leadership identity construction is an important topic in leadership theory, and has received more and more attention recently. Firstly, this paper expounds the relevant theories of leadership identity construction from individual perspective, including trait theory that emphasizes on the characteristics of leaders, identity theory that emphasizes on leadership positions and social identity theory that emphasizes on leadership as the representative of group prototypicality. Then, this paper raises a framework of leadership identity construction that combines individual and interactive perspective, and introduces the identity work process of social construction theory from interactive perspective in three levels: individual, relational and collective. Finally, based on previous research progress, this paper proposes some suggestions from individual and interactive perspective for future leadership identity construction research.更多还原
