【摘要】 当前基因技术的迅猛发展,为医疗以及社会的进步带来了巨大的助推力,但同时也凸显出一些伦理问题。桑德尔从人性、自由和公正三个方面入手分析现今基因技术所存在的伦理问题,他首先认为基因技术的发展不应该触及人性的底线,推崇生命本身就是恩赐的思想;其次他指出自由选择在基因技术发展中的重要作用,基因技术的发展将会使得人类面临支配与选择的难题;最后桑德尔就基因改造中遇到的努力与天赋的困境,提出其社会公正以及群体公正的思想。桑德尔关于基因技术所提出的伦理思想,在很大程度上对基因技术的进一步发展有推动作用,同时也在积极寻找一个基因技术发展的限度。更多还原

【Abstract】 The rapid development of current gene technology has brought great impetus to medical treatment and social progress,but at the same time,it also highlights some ethical issues. Sandel analyzed the ethical problems existing in current gene technology from three aspects of humanity,freedom and justice,he first believed that the development of gene technology should not touch the bottom line of human nature,and advocated the idea that life itself was a gift; secondly,he pointed out that free choice played an important role in the development of gene technology,which would make human beings face the problems of domination and selection; at last,sandel put forward his ideas of social justice and group justice on the dilemma of effort and talent in genetic modification. Sandel’s ethical thoughts on gene technology had promoted the further development of gene technology largely,and he was also actively looking for a limit of the development of gene technology.更多还原
