【Abstract】 With the development of national integrated circuit industry, more and more attention has been paid to the training of professionals in colleges and universities. The construction and management of integrated circuit testing laboratory is one of the key contents to promote the improvement of students’ professional knowledge and skills and give full play to the effectiveness of the laboratory. However, at present, there are various development problems in the construction and management of integrated circuit testing laboratories in colleges and universities in China because of excessive investment and insufficient management and application ability. How to realize specialization, systematization of laboratories, so as to promote students to explore effectively in curriculum learning and cultivate more high-quality professionals.
