【摘要】 通过构建结构方程模型(SEM),借助SPSS和Amos统计软件对研究生教育质量的影响因子进行分析对比,结果显示:在影响药学硕士专业学位研究生教育质量的四大潜变量中,培养保障对研究生教育质量的影响最大,其次为培养成效、社会协作和基本条件。根据分析结果提出改善药学硕士专业学位研究生培养的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 By building a structural equation model(SEM),with the aid of SPSS and Amos statistics software to analyze the factors influencing the quality of graduate education,the results showed:in affecting the quality of professional master of pharmacy education four latent variables,cultivate security impact on the quality of graduate education is the largest,followed by training results,social collaboration and basic conditions.Finally,according to the analysis results,the paper puts forward some suggestions on improving the cultivation of professional master of pharmacy education.更多还原
