【摘要】 目的:从岗位胜任力视角下分析预防医学生能力素质需求现况并探讨其影响因素。方法:采用描述性统计分析能力素质需求现况,采用二分类逐步Logistic回归分析影响因素。结果:担任学生干部(OR=5.322)、融洽的同学关系(OR=3.225)、有效利用图书馆资源(OR=3.846)可促进预防医学生能力素质的提升。结论:该结果有利于进一步提升预防医学生能力素质。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the current status and influencing factors on capability and quality of preventive medicine students in accordance with the perspective of post competency. Methods: Descriptive statistic was used to analyze the current status, and binary classification stepwise logistic regression was performed to explore the influencing factors. Results: Serving as student cadre(OR=5.322), harmonious student relationship(OR=3.225) and using effectively library resources(OR=3.846) can promote the capability and quality of preventive medicine students.
