病原生物学与免疫学相融合的虚拟仿真综合实验设计与初步应用
Comprehensive experiment design and preliminary application of virtual simulation of pathogen biology combined with immunology
【摘要】 目的:探讨虚拟仿真综合实验与常规实验相结合的教学模式在免疫学教学中的应用效果。方法:以细菌抗原为中心、以免疫应答为主线将病原生物学、免疫学内容融合制作虚拟综合实验,对实验组学生进行虚拟系统与常规实验相结合的教学模式,对照组采用常规实验教学,运用期末考试成绩和问卷调查评价其教学效果。结果:实验组各项指标优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:虚拟仿真综合实验与常规课堂实验相结合的教学模式有利于学生梳理知识脉络、拓展思维、加强理论与实践的结合。
【Abstract】 Comprehensive experiment of virtual simulation was designed with bacterial antigen as the center and immune response as the main line.Then,this virtual experiment was combined with conventional experiment teaching mode to teach students of clinical medicine.Students of the conventional experiment teaching were for comparison, and the final exam results and the questionnaire survey were used to evaluate the teaching effects.All indexes of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The teaching mode of combining virtual comprehensive experiment is helpful for students to sort out the knowledge context,expand their thinking,and realize the combination of theory and practice.
